PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. – (Reform Sasscer) According to WJLA, All charges have been dropped against a Prince George’s County teacher after she was allegedly caught on video fighting a student, according to ABC7’s Brad Bell.
Even though the original charges have been dropped against Vivian Noirie, sources tell ABC7 News it is very likely she will still be prosecuted for the incident.
Noirie was arrested on November 15, 2019 and charged with physical child abuse and second-degree assault. On Monday, a child abuse charge against her was dropped, according to prosecutors.
According to police, a 17-year-old female student approached Noirie, upset with the teacher for contacting her parents the night before.
