In addition to Maryland students’ performance score report, Maryland State Department of Education released the teacher rating data for last school year.

If you add up the numbers in the datafile, (http://marylandpublicschools.org/tpe/TPESchoolTeacherDetailFile10232015.xlsx) you will see that only 155 or so teachers in PGCPS were rated Highly Effective, out of over 8000.
